January 2021 ChesMRC Newsletter

We would like to start the year by recognizing our wonderful staff. Their dedication to our clients and commitment to our mission are greatly appreciated by all of us.

Jennifer is a first-generation American, daughter of a Salvadorian immigrant.  At her young age, Jennifer has excelled at building a better future for her and for her family.  She graduated from high school, started post-secondary studies at Chesapeake College, completed the Community Interpreting certificate program, and started a successful career at ChesMRC!

After serving as part-time Youth Coordinator, Jennifer was promoted to full-time Communications Coordinator.  In her new position, she is now THE FACE and THE VOICE that welcomes all our clients who either call or visit our office. Clients’ needs may be as simple as a basic translation, or as heartbreaking and complicated as needing help after someone’s passing.
