EASTON — Cub Scout Pack 003 from Easton finally got a breath of fresh air on Oct. 10 at the Henson Scout Reservation in Rhodesdale, Maryland.
About 40 members of the community, including children, parents, Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center staff and den leaders attended a Cub Family event organized by the Boy Scouts of America and the Del-Mar-Va Council.
ChesMRC Communications Coordinator Jennifer Villacorta, noted that Pack 003 was the largest in attendance.
This year’s theme was “Weird and Wacky,” featuring unbelievable stories, bizarre tales, odd facts, strange scientific ideas and outdoors activities.
