Driver’s Licenses

Effective January 1, 2014, Maryland residents presenting foreign documentation without valid accompanying United States Citizenship and Immigration Services documentation can lawfully obtain a Maryland State Driver’s License.

Customers will need to have a valid passport; current and consecutive tax declarations for the state of Maryland; and proofs of residency.
