FY2016 -2017 ChesMRC Afterschool Program Begins!
ChesMRC and Talbot County Public Schools have partnered to provide a 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Afterschool Program to students Grades 1-5 who reside in Talbot County.
What: The ChesMRC Afterschool program is an academic program for students of Talbot County in Grades 1-5. The program focuses on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to help students with their reading and math skills. The goal of the 21st CCLC program is to increase students’ Math, Reading and Science assessment scores and skills, as well as to provide adult educational programming such as English as a Second Language (ESL), Parenting Skills and Driver Educational programs to parents of students participating in the program.
Where: Easton Elementary School – Moton Building
When: After school 4 PM-6:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday
