Our promise and commitment to empower people from different cultures to become successful and engaged members of our community remains as strong as always! Despite the challenges of 2020, ChesMRC had a productive and fulfilling year, helping our community to remain resilient.
In addition to our regular programming which focuses on youth development, family support, immigration legal assistance, and cultural competence & interpretation, this year we stepped up to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are happy to report that ChesMRC has worked without interruption all this time,
offering more than 2,500 services during Fiscal Year 2019-2020. Lately, with greater capacity, we have been able to increase the monthly average of services provided even more!
To better serve our community, we welcomed two new staff members who are fluent in Spanish and Haitian Creole, respectively. Our new hires share the values of
compassion, professionalism, and personalized service orientation that characterize the ChesMRC Family.
