March Is Colon Cancer Awareness Month

DIBD_rgbToday – Friday, March 6 – is Dress in Blue Day to kick off National Colon Cancer Awareness Month and help spread education and awareness.

Despite being one of the most preventable cancers, colon cancer is the second leading cancer killer in the U.S. in men and women combined. But it’s also a cancer that can be beat through screenings and early detection. If you are over 50 years of age, high risk or symptomatic, talk to your doctor about getting checked. Visit the Colon Cancer Alliance to learn more.

Celebrate with us from September 15th to October 15th 🎉
