This community walk kicks off Talbot County Health Week and offers a great opportunity to get off the couch or out of the office and enjoy an energizing stroll through Easton's Idlewild Park.

As part of Talbot County Health Week, ChesMRC will be holding a free Stress Management Class at the Talbot Senior Center in Easton, MD. This event is open to the public, and participants will receive a certificate of attendance.

As part of Talbot County Health Week, ChesMRC will be conducting a free workshop on herb garden planting at Easton High School. This event is open to the public.

A grand finale to Talbot County Health Week! Join ChesMRC, Talbot County Health Department, Chesapeake Voyagers, Shore Health Breast Center and Chef Jordan Lloyd from The Bartlett Pear Inn at this free informational expo on personal health & wellness. This event is open to the public, and there will be free blood pressure screenings.
