Tanya Katerí Hernández is a world-renowned, Puerto Rican comparative law expert with academic interests in anti-discrimination law. She currently serves as the Archibald R. Murray Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. Professor Hernandez’s scholarship has been published in numerous university law reviews and news outlets.
