Thanks to the out pour of support ChesMRC received in June to expand our capacity, we are happy to announce we received enough funding to hire our new full-time Hispanic Outreach Coordinator.

Originally from Mexico and fluent in both English and Spanish, Victoria brings years of knowledge and experience in understanding and assisting the Hispanic community of the Mid-Shore.

Victoria has been supporting ChesMRC in both part-time and volunteer capacities since 2015, assisting with the afterschool program, helping new Hispanic families transition to school and working with various translating services.

As Hispanic Outreach Coordinator, Victoria will assist Mateo and Estela to address the flood of requests ChesMRC has received recently to assist immigrant families in our community.
